Our story
One name on the work, and it is ours
We started with a simple observation: in this industry, the problem is almost never the cleaning. It is the turning up. The following through. The person who answers the phone when something goes wrong on a Friday afternoon.
White Glove was built around fixing that. We put the scope in writing so there is no dispute about what was promised. We screen every person we deploy, because a property owner is handing over their keys. And we kept both divisions under one roof — janitorial care and construction finishing — because a building rarely needs only one of them.
Our base is Wain Road in Port Antonio, and we take work in every parish. The name is the standard: white glove means you can run a finger along the top of the door frame and we are still comfortable.

These are not slogans. Each one is something a client can hold us to, and something a staff member can be corrected against.
Write it down
Scope, price, frequency, exclusions and access arrangements are documented before work begins — so nothing depends on what anyone remembers.
Turn up
The agreed day, the agreed window. If something changes, you hear it from us first, not from an empty building.
Finish the last ten percent
The baseboards, the door tracks, the corner behind the cabinet. The parts that separate a job that is over from a job that is done.
Treat staff properly
People who are trained, equipped and paid fairly do better work. Our clients feel the result of that long before they hear about it.
Say no when it is right
If a job falls outside what we do well, we will say so rather than take the work. A referral costs us one invoice; a bad job costs us a reputation.

Who you will actually be dealing with
Three people touch every contract. You will know which of them to call, and for what, before the first shift.
Managing Director
Prices the work, signs off the written scope and owns the relationship. If something has gone wrong that the site team cannot fix, this is who you speak to.
Operations Manager
Schedules the crews, arranges cover when someone is off, and handles the day-to-day back and forth about access, timing and anything added mid-contract.
Site Supervisor
Walks your property, checks the work against the written scope and trains new crew on the specifics of your site rather than cleaning in general.
