Contract cleaning is regularly carried out outside these hours — overnight, early morning and weekends. Office hours are when the phone is staffed.

Occupied homes, executive offices and guest properties are handled quietly. Staff are briefed on your access rules before they ever set foot on site.

What was said on the phone means little six months in. You get the scope in writing, and that document is what the work is checked against.

Wherever the property is, we come to it
All fourteen parishes — Kingston, St. Andrew, St. Thomas, Portland, St. Mary, St. Ann, Trelawny, St. James, Hanover, Westmoreland, St. Elizabeth, Manchester, Clarendon and St. Catherine.
Our base is Port Antonio. For sites outside Portland we agree mobilisation and the visit schedule at the walkthrough, so travel is built into the plan from the start rather than appearing on an invoice later.
