This website is operated by White Glove Janitorial Construction and Placement Agency, trading as White Glove Janitorial and Construction, of Wain Road, Port Antonio, Portland, Jamaica, registered with the Companies Office of Jamaica under business registration number 1169/2022. By using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Nothing here is a quotation

The services, descriptions and examples on this site are for information. They are not an offer, and nothing on this website is a binding quotation or a fixed price.

We price work only after a site walkthrough. You receive a written scope setting out the tasks, the frequency and the price, and what is excluded as plainly as what is included. That written scope is the agreement — not anything stated on this website, and not a figure mentioned on a phone call.

Walkthroughs

A site walkthrough is a chargeable visit. We confirm the fee with you before it is booked, so you always know the cost in advance.

Using the site

Photographs and examples

Photographs of completed work are examples of jobs we have carried out. Materials, finishes, the condition of your property and the age of the surfaces all affect the outcome, so results on your site may differ.
