Most clients start with one service and stay for both. Because it is the same
management, the same vetting and the same reporting, you never chase two suppliers
for one building.
Janitorial & grounds
Daily, weekly or one-off cleaning for commercial and residential properties — plus everything outside the building.

Why clients stay
You are hiring a system, not just a pair of hands
Anyone can quote a price. What keeps a building consistently presentable is process —
written scope, trained people, supervision, and someone who answers the phone when
something changes.
Every worker is screened. Identity, references and work history are checked before anyone is assigned to your property.
Scope in writing, price in writing. You approve exactly what is included before work starts — no surprises at invoice time.
Supervised delivery. A named supervisor owns your account and walks the site, so standards do not drift after week three.
One team, two trades. Cleaning and finishing works coordinated by the same office — fewer contractors, fewer gaps.
Discretion as standard. Occupied homes, executive offices and guest properties are handled with the confidentiality they require.
A cleaning plan for an office is not a plan for a villa

Offices, BPOs & professional practices
High-traffic, high-visibility, and judged the moment a client walks in. We work around your shift patterns — early morning, evening or overnight — so the floor is never disrupted.
Daily janitorial
Restroom sanitation
Workstation & headset hygiene
Reception & glass
Carpet & hard-floor care
Kitchens & break rooms
Periodic deep clean
Out-of-hours scheduling

Hotels, guest houses & private villas
Guests notice the details you cannot see from the doorway. We build turnaround checklists per unit and hold the line between check-out and check-in.
Turnaround housekeeping
Linen handling
Deep clean between seasons
Pool deck & patio wash
Grounds & gardening
Awning & exterior wash
Post-event clean-up
Live-in / day housekeeping

Retail stores, plazas & common areas
Foot traffic is relentless and the shopfront is the advertisement. We schedule around trading hours and keep entrances, glass and washrooms presentable through the day.
Opening & closing cleans
Shopfront glass
Common-area sweeps
Hard-floor scrubbing
Tile stripping & sealing
Car park & walkway
Restroom servicing
Day porter cover
Private homes, apartments & strata
Your home is not a job site. The same person comes back each visit wherever possible, so you are not re-explaining the house every week.
Weekly & fortnightly housekeeping
Day maid service
Deep clean & declutter
After move-in / move-out
Windows & louvres
Yard care & debushing
Common-area contracts
Holiday-home checks

Construction sites & turnovers
The difference between “finished” and “ready to hand over” is usually two days of detailed work. We do the finishing trades and the final clean, so you hand over once.
Tiling & drywall
Wood flooring
Post-construction cleanup
Final detail clean
Punch list & repairs
Dust removal
Fixture detailing
Phased turnover
How an engagement runs
Five steps from first call to a standard that holds
Nothing is committed until you approve the written scope.
Tell us the property, the problem and how often you need us. Five minutes on the phone is usually enough to scope it.
02
Site walkthrough
We visit, measure the real workload and note the awkward parts — the louvres, the stairwell, the yard nobody quotes for.
03
Written scope & price
You receive a task-by-task scope with frequency and a fixed price. What is excluded is stated as plainly as what is included.
04
Crew assigned & inducted
Screened staff are matched to the site, briefed on your access rules and introduced to your point of contact before day one.
05
Supervision & review
A supervisor inspects against the scope, and we review with you on an agreed cycle so the standard is measured, not assumed.
Proof, not promises
See the difference for yourself
A real job: warehouse shelving stripped back, prepped and repainted.
BeforeAfter
Shelving & unit painting
Racking, shelving and fixtures take a beating long before a building does. Prepped
and repainted properly they come back looking like new stock — at a fraction
of the cost of replacing the unit, and without a day of trading lost.
Cleaned, degreased and sanded before a brush is lifted
Rust treated so it does not bleed back through
Even coverage into every corner and perforation
Scheduled around stock movement and trading hours

Yes. Our base is Wain Road, Port Antonio, and we take contracts across all fourteen parishes.
For sites outside Portland we confirm mobilisation and scheduling at the walkthrough stage so
travel is factored into the plan up front, not added later.
Every person we place or deploy is identity-verified and reference-checked before assignment.
Because our people are the service, screening is a core part of how the
business is run rather than an afterthought.
Yes. Offices, BPOs and retail spaces are routinely serviced early morning, evening or overnight.
We agree access and key-handling arrangements in writing before the first shift.
Both. Post-event clean-ups, after-move cleans, deep cleans, decluttering and tile restoration
are frequently one-off. Many clients start with a single job and move to a scheduled contract
once they have seen the standard.
Finishing and renovation trades: floor and wall tiling, drywall installation and finishing,
wood flooring laid and refinished, wood fencing and decking, wall panelling,
repair works and post-construction cleaning.
For structural work outside that scope we will tell you plainly rather than take the job.
Call us first — that is the whole first step. Describe the property on the phone
and we will arrange a walkthrough to see it properly. After the walkthrough you get a
written scope with a fixed price. The call itself costs you nothing, and we confirm the
walkthrough fee with you before anything is booked.

Tell us what the building needs. We will look at it properly, put a scope and a price in
writing, and you decide from there.
